If you have a little girl and you travel, you really ought to get this for your trips! This little suitcase unzips and inside is a doll with a bed, a closet and drawers full of clothes. My four year old LOVED this on our most recent 3 week trip overseas. I’d say it’s slightly educational in that it helps with fine motor skills in taking off and putting on the clothes for the doll, plus it encourages further development of the imagination through pretend play. We’ve since lost some of the clothes, and the doll seems to come and go, so you need to be diligent in assuring all the parts are put back in the little case and zipped up. I think going forward I would use it only for trips and store it away when at home. That might help keep it together AND give it a renewed level of interest if it’s not always available for play. It’s also great for natural oriented and Waldorf parents, as it is fully fabric with no plastic anywhere. (Plus, because it’s all fabric, when shut it also works nicely as a cozy little pillow). A+ toy.
