It folds up like any umbrella stroller, but we keep it open so its ready for use. I couldn't tell you how well it functions if it is opened and closed repeatedly. The wheels are not multi-directional and are made of rigid plastic. To keep the wheels in good condition, I would only use this stroller on flat surfaces indoors. I was surprised at how small the stroller actually is. I wouldn't recommend this for any child over 4 feet in height. My daughter is 3 ft tall and it's the perfect size for her.

We have concrete floors, and she continuously runs around chasing our dogs with the stroller, so I know the wheels are strong and all 4 turn, which is not always the case with these strollers.

I bought this stroller for my 18 month old daughter after purchasing Corolle’s Calin doll (for 12 months and up and just lovely). She absolutely adores this stroller and it has endured a great deal of use and some abuse from her 3 year old brother. The stroller has been used around the house, in the yard, and even on neighborhood walks and it has held up beautifully. It has a durable metal frame. I bought it when I was expecting my third child and wanted my first two to get used to the idea of having the new baby around. The Corolle umbrella stroller was a great choice for my daughter but is definitely too small for my 3 year old. I bought him the Graco travel system toy stroller which is well-reviewed and that one was a great buy too. Of course, that one is too big for my 18 month old daughter. All in all, I’m very happy with my purchase but I’m sure that I’ll be upgrading to Corolle’s pram or another larger stroller when my daughter is a little older.
