It will occassionally "wake up" in the middle of the night but no one is losing sleep. Be sure to have plenty of diapers or something to cover her behind because she will go quite often depending on how much she is fed. Overall, my cousin loves it and is quite happy with it. I found this doll at Target locally here in Tampa for $40. . . that's right F-O-R-T-Y B-U-C-K-S!!! I checked their site first and it said they were available in 'Limited Availability'.
